Clay Cooper

President
Clay began his journey with REYCO 13 years ago as General Manager. Known for his commitment to teamwork and employee well-being, Clay has cultivated a culture that attracts top talent and fosters retention. As President, he continues to inspire excellence. Outside of work, Clay enjoys family time, attending rodeos, and community involvement.

Brian Cardwell

Director of Engineering
With over 12 years in the potato industry and nine years at REYCO, Brian has held multiple roles, including Project Manager and Director of Outside Services. Now, as Director of Engineering, Brian leads our engineers, designers, and drafters. He enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and developing his leadership skills.

Chris has been a cornerstone of REYCO for 26 years, progressing from Fabricator to Operations Director. His hands-on experience in various roles makes him an advocate for employees and process improvement. Outside of work, Chris enjoys long bike rides.

Director of Finance
Kristi has been with REYCO since 1986, starting as a secretary and advancing to her current role. Her decades of experience give her a deep understanding of the company’s evolution. She enjoys spending time with her granddaughter, Joelle, and her pets.

Director of Sales & Marketing
Patrick brings over 25 years of expertise to his role, driving innovation and growth strategies at REYCO. His leadership has strengthened customer retention and market expansion. Patrick enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with his family.

Barry Robinson

Director of Purchasing
With 30 years of experience in capital purchasing and project management, Barry has been instrumental in streamlining contracts and operations at REYCO for the past three years. He enjoys reading and watching NHL hockey in his free time.

Lexi Nelson

Director of Human Resources
Lexi started as a student assistant and now leads as our Director of Human Resources. Over 11 years, she has built the HR department with compassion and inclusivity. Lexi enjoys outdoor adventures, art, and family time.

Nick Rendo

Director of Outside Services
Nick has been part of the REYCO team for seven years, advancing from Project Manager to Director of Outside Services. Outside work, he enjoys Idaho’s outdoor activities and serves in the Air National Guard, training munitions systems for the A-10 Warthog.

With five years at REYCO, Chris specializes in identifying process improvements and facilitating change management. Known as Breckenridge, he enjoys long runs and programming in his spare time.

Service Manager
Alonso joined REYCO in 2012, starting as a Fabricator before moving to the Service Department. He thrives on outdoor activities, flipping cars, and home projects, bringing a dynamic spirit to his role.

Washington Plant Manager
Sean joined REYCO two years ago and has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. His focus has been in Engineering and Project Management. With this skill set, he is working to grow the team at our Washington facility. He enjoys family time and watching his kids’ activities.
